What began with an entrepreneurial solo practitioner in Baraboo, Wisconsin, has grown into a robust and thriving company of over 400 employee owners conducting work across the country. As a 100% employee-owned firm, when we say we “own” our work, we mean it. MSA has an opportunity for an Operations Leader, a key leadership position responsible for the overall project delivery and outcomes within Public Works - North.
Public Works - North includes MSA's Marshfield, Rice Lake, and Rhinelander Wisconsin offices, as well as Duluth and St. Paul Minnesota offices. Periodic travel between these offices will be required on an as needed basis. MSA is open to candidates from any of our 17 office locations.
In addition to driving project delivery and shaping meaningful outcomes, the Operations Leader also serves as a dynamic leader who inspires, mentors, and manages a high-performing group of Team Leaders, empowering them to excel in their roles. This position has an opportunity to serve as the face of MSA internally as well as with clients, agencies, and industry connections relative to Public Works - North operations.
