MSA has an opportunity for a Project Accountant in our Baraboo, WI office location. The Project Accountant provides support with the non-technical management of a project, emphasizing the financial health. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring accurate contract documentation, contract monitoring and maintenance, client invoicing, project reviews, and contract administration during various stages of a contract life cycle. This position may also include assisting with the accurate and timely review and processing of employee timesheets, employee expense reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal cost recovery (copies, mileage, and equipment) and various other accounting and financial management functions. We’re looking for an ambitious candidate to grow and develop their skills to advance their career with MSA.
