Project Manager Engineering (Water/Wastewater)

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Type: Full‑Time | Salaried | Hybrid Eligible | Flex Time Eligible

MSA continues to expand as leaders in the Water/Wastewater space, and we are hiring our next Project Manager! MSA supports water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and operations. Our work ranges from municipal drinking water and wastewater systems to complex industrial water and wastewater facilities.

As a Project Manager at MSA, you will be at the center of the project, from leading clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, and driving projects from planning through design and construction. You will bring the right people together, keep projects moving, solve problems as they arise, and make sure both our clients and our project teams know where things stand.

We are looking for someone who gets satisfaction from seeing a project come together: a strong team, a clear plan, work delivered on schedule and within budget, and a client who is happy with the result.

If you are a project leader who enjoys working with clients, leading people, making decisions, and taking ownership of project outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity!

MSA specializes in the sustainable development of communities and is proud to be 100% employee owned. With roots reaching back to 1919, MSA has grown from a rural land survey company into a multidisciplinary network of nearly 550 engineers, architects, planners, funding experts, surveyors, GIS experts, environmental scientists, and more who are committed to making communities better places to live, work, and play.

Come join the ownership team here!
