Overview

MSA is seeking a GIS Solutions Architect or Project Manager – GIS to design and deliver enterprise‑level GIS solutions while leading complex, high‑impact projects. The ideal candidate resides in the Baraboo, WI area, while we’d be open to discussion with candidates who reside anywhere in Wisconsin.  Hybrid schedule flexibility is possible in this role, with some occasional onsite requirements.

In this role, you’ll work across the full ArcGIS platform, partnering with clients and internal teams to turn spatial data into practical, scalable tools that support planning, engineering, and decision‑making. This role focuses more on project management and client interaction than technical GIS work.

As a client leader, you will help with guiding project delivery, mentoring GIS professionals, and partnering with clients to adopt new GIS workflows and technologies. This role also offers opportunities to support business development and present innovative solutions.

If you are a GIS professional who is also passionate about the people side of consulting, apply today!
