We’re seeking a Graduate Engineer – Mechanical to join our Jacksonville office. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to launch their engineering careers, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you will do:
Assist in the planning, design, and construction phases of engineering projects.
Conduct field investigations, inspections, and construction observations under supervision.
Perform engineering calculations, data analysis, and technical documentation to support project delivery.
Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with project teams and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.
Utilize digital tools such as Microsoft Office, BIM, and modeling/analysis software.
Participate in client meetings and site visits as part of professional development.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Internship or co-op in a consulting engineering firm preferred but not required.
Foundational understanding of engineering principles and design practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD, BIM, and modeling software.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Desire to pursue Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and eventual Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
Why MSA?
The salary for this position ranges from $62,000 to $100,185 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
