Overview

MSA has an opportunity for a Project Administrator at our Kiel, Madison, Milwaukee, or Mequon office locations. You will have the opportunity to assist with preparing action plans, analyzing risk, and managing resources. You will work closely with the project team, and your mission is to help the project meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

The work you will do

  • Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
  • Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards
  • Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Identify and resolve any problems in the production process
  • Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  • Deliver reports to department heads, management teams, and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
  • Collaborate with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals

Qualifications

What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • Two years of related experience required
  • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
