What you will do:
Work side-by-side with experienced bridge designers who are eager to mentor and share their expertise.
Contribute to meaningful bridge projects that strengthen communities and improve everyday life.
Participate in all stages of project development — gaining a well-rounded perspective from design to construction.
Collaborate with a growing team of graduate and experienced engineers across multiple states, building a strong professional network.
Engage in site visits and client interactions that broaden your experience and help you see the impact of your work firsthand.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures required.
Masters degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
FE exam passed (EIT certification required).
A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for improving communities through engineering.
Why MSA?
The salary for this position ranges from $68,800 to $89,540 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
