We are currently seeking a full-time Entry Level Graduate Engineer to join our growing transportation team in Madison, WI office starting in the summer of 2022. We will provide you with the mentoring and team environment that will allow you to grow and learn in your professional career. This position will give you an opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects for state, county, and municipal clients. You will work on transportation planning, design, and traffic analysis with an emphasis on highway and intersection design projects.

What you will do:

• CAD work and 3D design on intersection and highway improvement projects
• Computer modeling of intersection capacity and results reporting
• Public meeting presentation displays and public engagement
•  

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2022 required
• The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 required
• Successfully passed FE exam preferred
• Prior engineering internship or co-op experience related to transportation or traffic preferred
• Microstation or AutoCAD experience preferred
• Solid written and verbal communication skills

The salary for this position ranges from $62,615.93 to $100,185.49 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
