MSA Professional Services is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team onsite in our Baraboo office. This dynamic role is a vital support for our Shared Services group and is instrumental in keeping our office operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing daily mail and package processing—including daily trips to the Post Office and handling UPS shipments—while also supporting general administrative functions such as phone reception, office supply management, and shared team coordination.

What you will do:
Manage daily mail and package handling, including Post Office runs and UPS shipments.
Provide administrative support to the Shared Services team and general office operations.
Answer and forward incoming phone calls and voicemails.
Make office-related purchases using the company credit card and reconcile transactions.
Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
Coordinate routine maintenance requests and building service needs.
Support employee events and appreciation efforts through gift and flower ordering.
Fulfill ad-hoc requests including typing, printing, and scanning.
Ensure workstations are equipped with appropriate furnishings and technology.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to support team-wide initiatives.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.80 to $30.20 per hour commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
