This role is based out of our Appleton, Baraboo, Rhinelander or Marshfield WI offices and offers a flexible work environment and schedule.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and quality control

  • Build strong client relationships through meetings and collaboration

  • Design transportation infrastructure—roads, bridges, trails

  • Prepare plans, specs, reports, and regulatory permits

  • Support proposal development and mentor junior staff

  • Contribute to public engagement efforts and presentations

  • Bonus if you have experience with construction inspection or management

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Minimum of 4 years of mobility/transportation engineering experience is required
  • PE license required (WI PE preferred)
  • WisDOT project experience preferred
  • Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is required
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a consulting environment
  • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
