This role is based out of our Appleton, Baraboo, Rhinelander or Marshfield WI offices and offers a flexible work environment and schedule.

What you will do:
Lead project planning, budgeting, and quality control
Build strong client relationships through meetings and collaboration
Design transportation infrastructure—roads, bridges, trails
Prepare plans, specs, reports, and regulatory permits
Support proposal development and mentor junior staff
Contribute to public engagement efforts and presentations
Bonus if you have experience with construction inspection or management

The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
