MSA is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team of creative professionals in our Milwaukee WI office. This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting architectural projects from concept through completion while mentoring emerging talent and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and designers to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and design staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
Manage client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and team resources.
Oversee construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and construction administration.
Champion a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the studio.
WHAT YOU BRING
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch).
Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and technical expertise on diverse building types.
Proven experience mentoring and leading design teams.
Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard design and documentation tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
