This role is based in any of our office locations across WI, MN, IA, and IL. This posting is for our Bettendorf, IA office. Candidates must live in a commutable distance to an MSA office location and working from home arrangements are possible.

Your mission:

• Reads and analyzes RFQ/RFPs and edits proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance.
• Assist in creating materials like project write-ups, resumes, and client presentations.
• Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering.
• Manages strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling, and timely.
• Maintains up-to-date proposal information in MSA's DAM, ERP, and CRM.
• Manages multiple projects and responsibilities independently.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
• Previous experience in A/E/C industry or similar strongly preferred
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
• Familiarity with AP Style
• Familiarity with CRM databases
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across remote teams
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and service orientation
• Must be comfortable working closely with all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify resources
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
