Your mission:
Execute the Company’s Strategic Plan
• Create and maintain the company’s Strategic Plan.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
• Use analytics and business intelligence tools to synthesize data from various sources.
• Update the executive team and board of directors on market insights and strategic implications.
• Make decisions about the allocation and use of funding and resources in partnership with the CEO.
Drive Growth
• Drive the company’s growth through acquisitions and organic means.
• Lead the integration team to onboard and integrate acquired firms.
• Provide input and feedback on client pursuit plans.
Lead Scenario Planning
• Conduct scenario planning exercises with the executive team and Board.
• Develop strategic responses for various scenarios.
• Coordinate response to scenarios with the Risk Management Committee.
Own Corporate Purpose and Responsibility
• Creates a strategy that aligns with MSA’s purpose, mission, core values, and vision to remain a thriving 100% ESOP firm
• Travel to other company offices, trade shows, and industry conferences is expected approximately 10% of the time, depending on the business need. Some overnight travel is expected.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15+ years of executive leadership experience required
• Experience within an AEC firm is strongly preferred
• Ability to negotiate persuasively to produce positive outcomes, instill trust and confidence in others, and demonstrate high personal and professional standards in performance
• Appropriate licensure for field (e.g. PE, CPA, etc.)
• The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role
